Responsibilities:
1) Help define our SEO strategy, including how to structure our website, what content to focus on, how to build our internal linking, and how to best compete against our competitors.
2) Research, define, and implement our Programmatic-SEO strategy, including the technologies that support it.
3) Guide our junior team in SEO task implementation, such as keyword research, backlinking, and performance tracking.
4) Lead us through predefined organic growth goals, from X to Y unique visitors a month: iterate and adjust as needed to achieve KPIs.

Requirements:
1) Degree in economics/business/technology/data.
2) 5+ years of hands-on SEO leadership experience, ideally fully managing websites independently.
3) Proficiency with all modern SEO research and implementation tools.
